3100 RP Arrestor Series

Standard High Capacity RP Arrestors

3100 Standard High Capacity RP Arrestor Series delivers all the performance of the 3000 Series with up to twice the overspray capacity — making it the right choice for high-production environments where large coating volumes are applied in compact booth spaces. Extended filter life means fewer changeovers, less downtime, and lower operating costs.

Used in tandem rolls or pads, the 3100 is especially effective with heavy, tacky coatings and slower-drying finishes. Not recommended for quick-dry lacquer-type coatings.

Features

  • Made of slit and expanded Kraft paper
  • Similar to 3000, but holds twice as much overspray
  • Less down time to change out filters, fewer change outs to reduce labor costs and reduced disposal costs
  • Biodegradable
  • Efficiency is 94.0 to 96.0% on High Solids Bake Enamels
