Spra-Gard High Capacity / High Efficiency RP Arrestors

The RTT 3700 Series Spra-Gard High Efficiency RP Paint Arrestor delivers both the highest paint holding capacity and superior removal efficiency in the 3000–3700 series lineup. Its construction combines 7 layers of high-capacity slit and expanded Kraft paper with two layers of polyester – one light and one heavy-density final layer (7 Paper / 2 Light-Heavy Poly). The heavy-density polyester final layer provides maximum fine-particle capture, while the high-capacity paper base extends the service interval significantly beyond single-polyester alternatives. Independent testing by LMS Technologies, Inc. confirmed an average removal efficiency of 99.87% and a paint holding capacity of 6.2 lb. (2,828 grams).

 

The 3700 Series is designed for high-volume finishing operations where both peak efficiency and long service intervals are required simultaneously – reducing downtime, changeout labor, and exhaust stack maintenance. The initial pressure drop of 0.08 in. wg on a clean filter rises to 0.41 in. wg at full load, with a single pad per stage. Available in pad form (Part No. 3732, 20″ × 20″) and roll form.
