Built on a PLC platform with an intuitive color touchscreen interface, SmartTouch delivers real-time monitoring, remote access, and smart automation for professional finishing operations.

- Expandable I/O (inputs/outputs) for easy reconfiguration as operational needs change — for example, automatically increasing fan speed as filters become clogged
- Real-time static pressure display across booth filters, with data export capability for filter life analysis and change-interval optimization
- When paired with a VFD, monitors and displays live frequency and amperage data
- Built-in hour meters track runtime on each critical device for simplified preventative maintenance scheduling

- VFD integration — when a VFD is paired with the SmartTouch panel, it unlocks live monitoring of fan frequency and amperage on the touchscreen
- SmartConnect app — remote monitoring via any Android, iOS, or PC device when the panel is connected to a local area network (noted as available for ovens; optional for booths)
- Oven-specific add-ons (when used with RTT batch ovens): programmable recipes, batch timers, alarms, maintenance scheduling, and diagnostic tools
