What is an Industrial Paint Booth?
RTT manufactures industrial paint booths (also know as industrial spray booths) to industrial finishing equipment to meet the growing demands of the marketplace. Open Front Booth
Designed for both batch and conveyorized production systems, RTT’s Open Front Booths offer a safe environment for any type of finishing operation. Air flows in the open front of the booth, passes through the booth’s working area, and into the filtered exhaust chamber located in the rear of the booth. This filtered exhaust air is drawn through the exhaust plenum and discharged upward into the atmosphere through the exhaust stack. To make efficient use of your valuable floor space, RTT’s Industrial Booths are available in a range of standard sizes to accommodate your finishing needs. Custom sizes and designs are available to accommodate site specific needs including conveyor and crane slots/openings.
Open Front Bench Booth
RTT’s Open Front Bench Booths offer a safe environment for any type of finishing operation and allows easy paint application for small to medium sized parts. The Open Front Bench Booths are designed for batch type production systems. Many smaller shops favor this model to paint a few small items frequently and maintenance departments utilize this type of booth for every day building repair projects. Air flows in the open front of the booth, passes through the booth’s working area and into the filtered exhaust chamber located in the rear of the booth. This filtered exhaust air is drawn through the exhaust plenum and discharged upward into the atmosphere through the exhaust stack.
Enclosed Industrial Booth
RTT’s Enclosed Industrial Spray Booths are designed to produce a high-quality finish in an extremely efficient manner. Air flows in through the filtered double entry doors in the front of the booth, passes through the booth’s working area, and into the filtered exhaust chamber located in the rear of the booth. This filtered exhaust air is drawn through the exhaust plenum and discharged upward into the atmosphere through the exhaust stack.

Paint Mixing Rooms
RTT’s Paint Mix Rooms provide a controlled area for safely mixing paint. Easy to maintain and operate, the product line was developed to provide fast availability and simple installation. Air flows in through the filtered air intake, which is in the ceiling toward one end of the room. It moves downward through the work area and into the exhaust chamber located in the lower opposite end of the room. Filtered exhaust is drawn through the exhaust plenum and is discharged upward into the atmosphere through the exhaust stack, providing a controlled area for mixing paint.
Industrial Exhaust Chambers
RTT’s industrial exhaust chambers are designed to efficiently remove harmful vapors and particulate. With a wide range of design configurations, our exhaust chambers can accommodate most production requirements including sanding applications. The dry arrestor filters trap the airborne overspray particles before the filtered air is discharged through the exhaust systems and into the atmosphere. Air replacement units and intake chambers can be added as well as reduced air flows for automatic spray operations.
